Nice to Meet You!
Meet Monte and Emily Green, the faces behind Tiger Rentals and lifelong residents of Clay Center. What began with their first rental property in 2009 has grown into a diverse portfolio of homes, apartments, and storage units across North Central Kansas, including Clay Center, Beloit, Salina, Leonardville, and Abilene. Through it all, their goal has remained simple: provide clean, maintained, reliable rental options that people can feel good about calling home.

Whether you’re searching for a cozy apartment, a spacious home, or a secure storage solution, Tiger Rentals is committed to making the rental experience easy and dependable from start to finish.
Don't Just Take Our Word For It.
An amazing company. I have been renting for 2 years, staff is very polite and my kids loved them. I can only give 5 stars here but would give 100 if possible!

We haven't had many problems along the way but when we did, the staff was always quick to respond and very courteous. I recommend Tiger Rentals to anyone.

We have a nice house that is very affordable and love it! The rental company (Emily) is so helpful and friendly. This is a great company to rent from and I recommend them.
